About us
Matt Mangini
Mangini played college baseball for both the NC State Wolfpack and Oklahoma State Cowboys. In the summer of 2005 Mangini was rated the top prospect in the Northwoods Summer League grabbing Baseball Americas Summer All-American hitting .344 with six homers, 13 doubles and 43 RBIs for the Thunder Bay Border Cats.
In 2006, he played collegiate summer baseball with the Hyannis Mets
of the Cape Cod Baseball League winning the league's Thurman Munson Award for highest batting average (.310), and being named starting third baseman at the league's all-star game.
Mangini was drafted in the supplemental 1st Round of the 2007 Major League Baseball Draft On September 22, 2010, Mangini was added to the Seattle Mariners 40-man roster.ā
Mangini started the 2011 season on the disabled list and was activated on April 21, but was immediately optioned to Triple-A. The Tampa Bay Rays signed Mangini to a minor league contract on December 6, 2011. He also received an invitation to spring training.
The Arizona Diamondbacks signed Mangini to a minor league contract on August 14, 2012. He signed a minor league contract with the Cincinnati Reds on February 2, 2013.

M – Mindset
Success at the plate starts in the mind. We train athletes to develop a strong, confident, and resilient mindset that can handle the highs and lows of the game. Mental toughness and focus are key to unlocking potential.
A – Approach
A great swing is nothing without a plan. We teach hitters how to step into the box with intent—understanding the game situation, anticipating pitches, and making smart decisions pitch by pitch.
S – Stride & Separation
This is where mechanics meet timing. Our athletes learn how to create powerful and efficient movement patterns by syncing their stride and separation, generating torque and maximizing bat speed through proper sequencing.
H – Hands
The final piece of the swing. We focus on hand path, bat control, and barrel awareness to help hitters consistently find the sweet spot and drive the ball with authority.
